Zoom keyboard

To zoom and pan using keyboard.

When a window is active (top bar selected) and no dialog is active, you can use the keyboard for zoom-commands. Keyboard can be used in any window, including cross sections and profiles.

PgDn, PgUp, +, -

PgDn / + - Zoom in.

PgUp / - - Zoom out.

You can accelerate or decelerate zooming with Ctrl and Shift modifier keys. Pressing Ctrl with the key makes zooming slower and Shift makes zooming faster.

Arrow keys (left, right, up, down)

Pan function. Step can be defined in zoom settings.

You can accelerate or decelerate moving with Ctrl and Shift modifier keys. Pressing Ctrl with the key makes moving slower and Shift makes moving faster.

In all windows 3D-view Alt-modifier rotates viewing angle:

Alt-Left arrow / Right arrow - rotate horizontal angle

Alt-Up arrow / Down arrow - rotate vertical angle

In cross section and profile windows Alt-button can be used:

Alt-Down arrow - previous cross section / beginning of the profile

Alt-Up arrow - next cross section / end of the profile

Alt-Left arrow - first cross section / backward in profile

Alt-Right arrow - last cross section / forward in profile

In some dialog lists Alt-button can be used:

Alt-Down arrow - move the selected iteam down in the list

Alt-Up arrow - move the selected iteam up in the list

Home

Select zoom mode screen.

Shift-Home - draft

Alt-Home - paper

In some dialog lists Alt-Home can be used to move the selected iten to the beginng of the list.

End

Zoom all element list files to the screen.

Shift-End - zoom all elements including background files.

Ctrl-End - zoom the active file.

Alt-End - position active point to the screen center.

Shift-Alt-End - position active point to the screen center and zoom to the constant given in the zoom settings.

In some dialog lists Alt-End can be used to move the selected iten to the end of the list.

Back

Zoom previous. Restore previous zoom position.

Shift-Back - Zoom next. Restore next zoom position.

Insert

Insert - Switches between 3D and normal view. See zoom utilities.

Alt-Insert - Opens 3D-zoom -dialog.

Ctrl-Alt-Insert - Mirrors cross section drawing in cross section window and with breakline cross sections aligned to road alignment.

F5

Redraws screen.

F7

Turns background map drawing on or off.

Shift-F7 - Reloads background map.

F8

Makes window temporarily transparent. See zoom utilities.

F11

Turns full screen mode on or off.

F12

Changes background color temporarily to black, white or user color setting. See zoom utilities.

Shift-F12 - Disables colors temporarily in both screen painting and printing. See zoom utilities.

Ctrl-F12 - Forces all area paintings to use solid colors instead of hatch patters. See zoom utilities.
