Cross section and profile windows will show also file elements in the main window file element list, which have checkbox Side view on. Default value is On for cross section files, profiles and soundings.
When you open the cross section window, the first cross section will be shown zoomed to area of all cross sections. Zoom All can be used to zoom the active cross section (visible in screen). Using Shift-Zoom All the active screen will be rescaled to show all cross sections without need to reposition or rescale the screen.
Cross section windows will show cross section files and sounding points, which are inside the given search criteria.
Profile windows will show profiles and sounding points, which have offset (B-distance) closer than the given search criteria.
You can have short vertical lines for every cross section point having line numbers (T2-field) of _1 (upwards) or _2 (downwards). Values _3 and _4 make shorter lines.
Breakline intersections with cross section or profile can be fetched either by breakline cross section window settings fetch distance zero or by using Add map points function. Code used for their drawing is searched first using namespaces PI: (profiles), PO: (cross sections) and PP: (both). For example, culvert (code 316) intersection point with cross section is drawn according code PO:316 or PP:316, if the code is found. Otherwise code 316 is used normally. This way it is possible to use different symbol for brealine cross section point.
Coordinate axis line interval can be set in window settings. Axis line width can be changed with the system code 9090 line width. Zero axis line width is by default twice the width of normal axis lines, but it can be set separately with the same system code 9090 line Size-setting.
