Adding and editing a single road construction parameter.
Select a parameter to edit.
Interval is used to define where the parameter is valid. If no interval is defined, the upper value is valid for the whole road. If the interval is defined, the parameter value changes linearly between the start and end values. You can use mouse in main window to select the interval.
If this setting is off, the parameter is excluded from calculation and is displayed within parenthesis in the list.
