New file

Creates a new vector file element and asks name for it. With the Shift-key name asking is skipped and default name is used directly.

When you start the program, the file element list has one empty vector type file. You can use this file to store new points.

When a new file is read from disk, it will be added to the end of the file element list. If the first file in the list is still empty and unnamed, it will be removed automatically. This automatic removal is done only to the first vector or bore file in the list.

Name asking can be turned off with setting in file settings. File name can still be asked by using function with the Shift-key.

New vector file can also be created by clicking empty line Active-checkbox in file element list dialog.
