Adding and deleting the coordinate crosses.
The XY coordinate values are written next to the crosses. Check the settings and select with the mouse the place you want. Cursor is automatically taken to the nearest coordinate cross. When the text is added, you can still change all the cross settings by editing the values in this dialog.
Coordinate crosses are stored to active vector file with position information and a flag indicating if horizontal and/or vertical text should be drawn. Move options, direction and size are determined during drawing from current settings. Crosses are handled as symbols and their visibility can be controlled from Point notation symbol setting. Cross itself is drawn using system drawing code 9086.
Choose if you want to add or remove cross. No confirmation is asked for when removing. The cross and both X and Y coordinates are removed at the same time.
If you are adding a new cross, and there already exists one in the same XY-position (in same file), you’ll get a warning and the cross is not stored.
The cross has vertical coordinate value (horizontal text). Prefix is inserted before coordinate value.
The cross has horizontal coordinate value (vertical text). Prefix is inserted before coordinate value. Downward settings writes coordinate value downwards from the cross.

Text is positioned to the cross end.
