GPX is XML-based data transfer format for small GPS-devices and navigators.
GPX-format itself is not widely used in devices, but free GpsBabel-application (http://www.gpsbabel.org/) can be used to convert file to device specific format.
Full path to gpsbabel.exe command line program.
GpsBabel format name used for reading or writing. See GpsBabel documentation for supported formats.
Writes breaklines as routes or tracks.
GpsBabel program setting is set to program path (e.g. C:\local\gpsbabel\gpsbabel.exe), GpsBabel format setting to format name tomtom and converter file extension to *.ov2.
When the converter is used, it asks TomTom-navigator waypoint file with the extension ov2, converts it to GPX-format and reads file in. Same works opposite direction in writing converters.
GPX-format handles coordinates always as longitude and latitude degrees. If XY-coordinate system (e.g. KKJ) points are converted, appropriate coordinate transformations must be defined in converter settings.
