Clipping a file with a free form area. Points and lines remaining other side of the border line are cut off. You can use active file or all vector files. Raster files are clipped using bounding box around the given area. The border line can be added into the files modified.
Clips area using border line pointed by mouse. With the Alt-key cuts lines with the border line, but does not remove inside or outside part. Points is current amount of points in the border line.

In copying inside and outside are handled differently. When copying inside parts, each border line forms a new file containing objects from all clipped files. New files are named using border file line numbers. When copying outside parts, each clipped element forms a new file where objects inside border lines are removed. New files are named by appending suffix '_outside' to the original element name.
With raster images inside clipping forms new files form each border line and each clipped element.
Clipped files are written to the subdirectory named after border file. Inside and outside handling uses same rules as in copying to the element list.
