Coordinate system rotation

Transformation is calculated using predefined parameters from a file. Active file will be converted. Select active file before starting this function.

File

Shows active file name.

Conversion

Parameters are selected from a list. All ROT-files from current working directory are shown. Use Browse-function to select file from any directory.

Inverse

Performs inverse transformation.

dX, dY, dZ, mk, rotX, rotY, rotZ

You may input all seven parameters manually.

Rotation center

Select rotation center for the conversion:

• Origo - threedimensionally according parameters.
• Weight center - using weight center of the active file.
• Selected point - using separately selected point.
• Line - using reference line. Define the line using mouse.

Do it

Does the conversion and shows the number of converted points.

Save

Not in use.

Reset

Reset the seven parameters. Scale gets 1.0, the others get 0.0.

Undo

Restores the active file original coordinates.
